The show is like a female version of The Odd Couple and has a good dose of fun and humour particularly given the subject matter – a newly outed homosexual couple in their 70s and 2 elderly women finding themselves after divorce.

Grace & Frankie

I absolutely love this show! It’s far from new (it premiered on Netflix in March 2015) but I powered through the first 2 seasons in less than a week. Season 3 aired in late March…and I knocked that season off in about a week too.

Life-long rivals Grace (Jane Fonda) and Frankie (Lily Tomlin) are married to Robert (Martin Sheen) and Sol (Sam Waterston) respectively. Little do Grace and Frankie know is that their husbands of 40+ years have been having a secret affair for the last 2 decades.

One of the show’s creators is Marta Kaufmann (of Friends fame) so the series has a lot of heart and the themes of friendships and relationships feature heavily. The show is like a female version of The Odd Couple and has a good dose of fun and humour particularly given the subject matter – a newly outed homosexual couple in their 70s and 2 elderly women finding themselves after divorce.

Definitely binge-worthy!
